I have no clue. I don't really keep up with character prices, but unless someone wanted to pay extra for the name recognition for some reason, which would be pretty stupid imo, then I don't see any reason why it would go for more than whatever the current market rates would be for a character with those numbers, which the only number that really matters for capped characters is total exp and maybe available bounty points, unless you're throwing items into the sale or give a shit about useless things like fame.
