SQLite3 Installation Problem

So I'm on a new computer, trying to install Lich. Unfortunately, when I'm stuck in an infinite loop of installing SQLite and restarting. Either SQLite isn't actually being installed, or Lich just isn't able to recognize that it's there.

Anyone dealt with this before?


Edit: I tried to install manually via command prompt and got this error:
Read Server certificate B: certificate verify failed

Not sure if that helps

Solved. Just needed to follow the 64 bit ruby installation instructions here (https://gswiki.play.net/Lich_(software)).
