Taking offers on a 7x (+32) max unlocked T4 Globus Elanthias (Soul Eater) runestaff - a prism-topped bent witchwood staff.

Only a few of these exist in the lands at T4. Would love to keep this but my warrior can't use it and I don't hunt with my alts.

PM me with offers (BS or cash preferred but will consider silvers).

SHOW:
Dark of grain, the greyish witchwood is intricately carved to accentuate the natural patterns indigenous to the bark. Twisted knots form gnarled faces that are enhanced by rhimar eyes, while fine skeins of hoarfrost ripple outward from the metal to further dement the crooked shaft. Culminating in three knobby fingers, the top is fashioned in a hand that cradles a fist-sized sapphire prism.
You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

ANALYZE:
You analyze your bent witchwood staff and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
This is the Globus Elanthias staff, or more commonly the Soul Eater staff. It has spectral shapes as its flare type. There is a sapphire prism made of transluscent that is wedged into the top of the length of witchwood, and it can be customized in the following way:
Globe Type: Globe, Orb, Sphere, Spheroid, Ball, Skull
Globe Material: Glaesine, Glass, Crystalline, Obsidian, Clear Gemstone
A prism-topped bent witchwood staff can be altered with a long or a show description. If it has a long description, then it will always have a show of "Firmly wedged at the top of the length of witchwood is a transluscent sapphire prism." However, if it does not have a show description, then it will always have a show of "Sinew and rawhide bind the top of the length of witchwood to create a cradle for a transluscent sapphire prism that rests within it." If you are designing your own show, you may ask your alterer to include how the sapphire prism is wedged into the staff, but it must always be at the top.
It is currently 4 of 4 Tiers.
With the following verbs available: Attend*, Bow, Chuckle, Clean, Gaze**, Greet, Nudge, Point, Prod, Raise, Rub***, Tap****, and Wave

** This is a feature change (eyes) option that will last 1 hour and cost 5 charges to activate.
*** This is a feature change (unique) option that will last 1 hour and cost 5 charges to activate.
**** Soul Storm - This allows for you to cause the collected souls to fly out of your staff to do damage to the surrounding creatures/people and costs 50 charges to activate with a 1 hour cool down. ~*~ Please note, if done in town you will be sent to jail. ~*~

Your cool down timer has expired and is ready for use.

You can tell that the staff is as light as it can get.

Unfortunately, My warrior can't use it so don't haven't used it so don't have any details. I did dig up a thread on the officials that has some more details

Here are the specifics and examples around T3 and T4 from that thread:

T4:
Final installment.

You analyze your bronze-wrapped staff and sense that the creator has provided the following information:

This is the Globus Elanthias staff, or more commonly the Soul Eater staff. It has forlorn shades as its flare type. There is a sphere made of bronze-sheened blown glass that is wedged into the top of the length of mesille, and it can be customized in the following way:

Globe Type: Globe, Orb, Sphere, Spheroid, Ball, Skull
Globe Material: Glaesine, Glass, Crystalline, Obsidian, Clear Gemstone

A rigid bronze-wrapped staff incised with alchemical symbols can be altered with a long or a show description. If it has a long description, then it will always have a show of "Firmly wedged at the top of the length of mesille is bronze-sheened blown glass sphere." However, if it does not have a show description, then it will always have a show of "Sinew and rawhide bind the top of the length of mesille to create a cradle for bronze-sheened blown glass sphere that rests within it." If you are designing your own show, you may ask your alterer to include how the sphere is wedged into the staff, but it must always be at the top.

>chuckle my staff
Firmly gripping your staff, you think about the souls you've trapped within the bronze-sheened blown glass sphere and feel a malign, mirthless chuckle slip from your lips.

>nudge my staff
Using your thumb, you rub an uncomplicated pattern on the sphere wedged into your staff while simultaneously gripping the mesille tightly with your fingers. A low moan issues from the bronze-sheened blown glass device, and several ethereal voices cry out in anguish.

>tap my staff
Clutching your staff in both hands, you raise it high overhead and then slam it down into the ground with force.
The response is instantaneous as a blast of shadowy rage rife with screaming forlorn shades expands outward from you.
A greater bog troll is buffeted by the screaming forlorn shades and is knocked to the ground.
... 55 points of damage!
Neck explodes outward and severs spine, gruesome!
The greater bog troll's body goes rigid and its eyes roll back into its head as it dies.
A greater bog troll is buffeted by the screaming forlorn shades and is knocked to the ground.
... 50 points of damage!
Upper and lower arm shatter as they decompress!
The greater bog troll is stunned!
A greater bog troll is buffeted by the screaming forlorn shades and is knocked to the ground.
... 50 points of damage!
Chest expands and ribs snap, piercing lungs!
The greater bog troll is stunned!
Their melancholy cry ripples in the now shadow-filled air as they slowly swirl through the area before hovering in front of you. Offering a malign grin, the forlorn shades dissipate in the air.

>attend my staff
You trace your fingers over the sphere wedged into your staff and watch as wispy mist clings to your fingers. When a thick amount has coated your fingers, you attend to your coppery red hair and feel a wash of tingling energy seep into your scalp.

>gaze my staff
Gazing intently into the sphere perched upon your staff, you watch as a pair of forlorn shades rise through the bronze-sheened blown glass surface and spear their tenebrous bodies into your eyes. You blink rapidly, and when your vision clears, the world takes on a hazy grey hue.

>rub my staff
You gently rub the sphere perched upon your staff, causing grey to pass through the bronze-sheened blown glass surface and clings to your ear.
