Do slots 17 and 23 even exist?

I have never seen anything that goes into #17. Why is it listed separate from #16?

Also have never seen anything go into #23.

I've wondered exactly this myself recently when assembling the last of a Wisdom set. Anyone I've brought it up to is dumbfounded that 16/17 are even separated out, and nobody I know has ever seen an item that qualifies as 17.

For 17, the earrings in the WL gemshop Salon:

You determine that you could wear the earrings, hanging it from your ears. The earrings appears to serve some purpose.
I think any earworn item that is plural will fall into 17 instead of 16, but I also seem to recall that they're not always set that way.

For 23, the Pious Pelican has a number of items:

You determine that you could wear the coat around your chest, beneath another garment.
I also recall silk undershirts being sold at events.

17 exists but as far as I know does not drop from the treasure system, so enhancives in that slot are rare. A few have been sold off the shelf. EG a number of years back had "a pair of dark sprite wing talismans" that were +2 to influence and went into slot 17.

Try a pair of socks created by knitting needles from Knit It on FWI. I'm fairly certain those are slot 21. (Most treasure system socks seem to be slot 11 for whatever reason.)

I’ve gotten a set of earrings (plural) from a box in scatter. So they do drop but they are very very rare
