A Premie House Plot In Liabo Circle - Kuon Garden (Lich Room 14673)

As the title says, I'm looking for one of the five home plots in the Kuon Garden in the Liabo Circle premie neighborhood in the Landing, Lich room 14673. There's currently five houses there already, belonging to Eruheran, Atac, Jarran, Praytus, and Slaxgash. From the looks, all but Slaxgash seem to actually use their houses (Slax's is a plain townhouse), so I'm not especially figuring they'd be willing to give up on those. Slax (or anyone else!), if you want to sell your plot to me (which will be used by my Kuon Paladin), please, please comment here or PM me!

Might I suggest you setup a tent outside and camp out until someone caves to your request. Be sure to befriend cats as well. More the merrier.

None of the other rooms have a homeless squatter lady there watching all the people go in and out of their houses. That's significant!

There's nothing especially special, besides the fact that it's a 'Kuon Garden'. My paladin is a (rabid-ish) follower of Kuon, and I've been wanting to get her some sort of Kuon-esque piece of property for a while, and I figured the only way that'd be possible, up until I found this one room, was to build a SimuCoin property for her. Now that I've found this room, I'm rabidly interested in getting a Premie home there, since it'd be a LOT cheaper, both in in-game and RL money.

No need for a tent, I know how to camp without one. As for befriending cats, I'm already working on that! :D

Maybe she should squat! It's a perfectly cromulent tactic. Just seduce someone from the plaque, go to their home under the guise of being there for mudsex, perform the mudsex because if you don't then that's just not cool, and then just never leave. Viola! New home!

They're kinda neat. You buy a deed from the registrar. Think it's 100k last I checked (so many years ago). You just claim an unused one if you have a premium account, much like how you used to claim shops, then you own it. You can customize it with all kinds of things from the home vendors. Prices range from 100k to about 500k per piece if memory serves. Floors, walls, chairs, accents, et cetera.

It's just a customizable RP space. No functionality to it like containers or anything.

Oh, also, pets. You can buy a pet. I forgot about that.

I want to say the 'class' affects the price somewhat. I had a middle class house in Bay's Watch and I remember it being a fair chunk of change for me at the time. Maybe 500k.
