I mean, he was a 24 year old quarterback in a game that's largely the pinnacle of a player's career. When Roethlisberger was in that same situation they didn't even let him throw. He just handed the ball off to The Bus 500 times and they won. The Rams didn't really have that option, so it was on a young, young QB's shoulders.

But good god was it a boring game to watch. When the announcers get super excited about the longest punt record trying to engage the audience, you know it's a bad game.
