mage recharable / empowerable loresing

I know what a mage rechargable loresong looks like, but now an item with the rechargable text *also* includes empowerable text.

Is the item mage rechargable or empowerable, or both?

I have never found an empowerable without the rechargeable portion of the lore song. I assume if it has the empowerable section it is not mage rechargeable, in the sense of further charging once total is dropped to zero. I have not personally drained an empowerable to confirm this though.
