Is it possible to enchant items with a TD bonus?

Gear Info:
---------------
some hooded woolen robes:
4 lbs, 90k cloth, 2x enchant, +6 TD permanent

>925 robe
You trace a series of glowing runes while chanting the phrase for Enchant Item...
Your spell is ready.
>
You gesture at some hooded woolen robes.
A muted glow instantly surrounds the woolen robes, flickering slightly, and fades a moment later.

Assuming some hooded woolen robes can be tempered somehow...Unless you are horribly unlucky, you should have no trouble enchanting some hooded woolen robes.
Cast Roundtime 3 Seconds.

>get duq pot

You remove a duqnuru potion from in your spidersilk cloak.
>pour pot on robe
You pour your potion on the robes.
The liquid bubbles slightly as it touches the surface of the woolen robes, but then merely evaporates without effect.
You have 2 doses left. You remove a duqnuru potion from in your spidersilk cloak.

I haven't enchanted anything since the updates, so maybe I am doing something wrong? I wasn't able to find anything saying items with TD bonuses can't be enchanted.

Nope. TD is a Cat B property. There is no pretemper potion for it.

To further that, any Cat B property that does NOT have a pretemper potion for it will block enchanting on the item.

Hope that helps.
