Whenever I boot, I have "generic host process for win32 services" error that crashes down.

How can I solve that?

No problem X.

Most venerial deseases can be treated by a simple topical lotion found at most leading chemists / pharmacies..

Hope it all goes well and remember . .
You're a total fucknut.

True story:

The other day I was just thinking to myself:

"Self, it has been pretty cool that X has not been on the boards lately. Maybe I should make a thread expressing my joy."

Then I thought:

"No, it will only draw attention to him and cause him to come out of wherever he's hiding and make a post, which will defeat the purpose. Let's just be happy he's not around"

Looks like I lose.

I don't believe protective eyewear will aid him in his search.

Yes, but I need protective eyeware for your fucking horrible signature, Korean.

You think you could maybe make it a little bigger?

I have a thing for androgynous looking anime freak characters.

Hm, if I knew how to even make one, I would love to follow your request. Alas, you'll just have to suffer with the way it is now.

Forgive longshot, he's still suffering from long term exposure to Japanese culture. Just yesterday he beat the crap out a ninja boy with a Honda Civic ... rather comical.

Of course there are stupid questions. Most of them I've seen here can be attributed to you.

If knowing all means knowing how to find answers to my own problems without resorting to a message board where 2/3 of the population hates my innards, I'll cop to knowing all. :talktohand:

If you really did Longshot... good man. I hate ricers, they're really tough with overpriced modifications, cemented hair, and popped collars.

PS.

Hey Korean, you could at least delete the 7 or 8 line quote. As it is your sig takes up almost all of my 1280 x 1024 resolution monitor.

Xcalibur, having you pity me is one of the major accomplishments of my life. I can go on, knowing I have succeeded in becoming a decent human being.

Having you call me arrogant gave me a rousing laugh.

I agree it is dumb to ask a computer question when googling could easily provide give you with an answer.

What I don't understand is why the venomous dislike of Xcalibur? Even HN seems to dislike him, and from what I have seen that is rare.

What has the Frenchman done to piss everyone off?

I made an habbit to come from time to time and start a BIG series of problems.

she doesn't hate me, she's an arrogant lady that will NEVER admit she is wrong upon something, just ask Bobmuhthol about it.

As for the problem, I googled it and I still haven't had an answer.

Just plug his name into the search engine provided for these boards and hang onto your hat, xtc. You're in for quite a ride.

Short form: He's an idiot with an inferiority complex the size of Alaska. This particular thread is but one example of Xcalibur expecting other people to think for him, and to do his work for him. There are few on these boards he has not managed to alienate.

It is rare for me to outright dislike someone. There has to be a reason that, to me, is irrevocable. Counting those who are currently banned, I can think of only seven people who post (or have posted) on these boards that I actively dislike. Considering we get around 200 members a day, I guess that's not many.

Xcalibur, dear.....go here:

http://forums.thatcomputerguy.us/lofiversion/index.php/t6589.html

The very problem you mention is discussed. Guess where I found that? Google. Yep, Google. Guess how long it took? Less than 10 seconds.

Additionally, the svchost.exe file is located in the c:\windows\System32 folder. If you find it anywhere else, it is a virus, spyware, trojan or worm.

Now......figure it out. We are not your mommy!

She was probably rounding down because she's nice that way.

I'd put it more at 3/4ths, or 7/8ths.

Harmnone, with your great wisdom that know all and is NEVER wrong, where did you get that psychologist license so you can diagnostic people?

I said, around 250 times, that it is a pleasure of mine to start problems here, does that make an inferior complex?

I think, madame, you should take the advise you gave to some people....

As for the problem, still haven't solved it.

p.s. There's around 30-40 people that dislikes me, no more, and most of em are in the "click".

- Having to start problems anywhere just SCREAMS attention whore. I think that qualifies as a complex. -

- I am not in the "click" and I can't stand you. I'd wager that a lot more people who aren't in the "click" don't like you either. -

PS.. it's clique

If you can't solve that problem with the information available, Xcalibur, I understand why you have an inferiority complex. It's earned!

OK...here's a heads up for all you helpful people...

STOP GIVING HIM GENUINE CLUES TO FIX HIS COMPUTER PROBLEMS!!!!!

X, ignore those bad people.
Here's what you do. I did a websearch for the answer especially for you.

Unplug your computer.
Take the box out into the busiest main road and only when it has been run over by at least 15 buses (trains work better if you are near a railway line) retrieve your equipment (cpmputer as well).

Take it into your back garden and take a pickaxe (borrow one if you must). Insert pickaxe repeatedly into the machine with much force.

Then, take the machine back into your house.

Cut the plug off the mains lead (at the end that would usually be inserted into the computer), insert the other end into the wall and see if you can suck all the goodness out of those wires. If you can, then quickly breathe it into your machine. If not, then try again.

I think, at some point along this process, more than just your worries will be solved. :)

Did you ever consider the possibility that many people who cannot stand you didn't bother to read, much less vote in, your stupid poll, Xcalibur? Your name on any thread, to many, means they'll just take a miss.

Your generalisation is part of your arrogance, dear one.

I am proud to be bad at computers, by the way.

I still have the problem, if anyone wanna help me out.

Are you equally as proud to be bad at English, and bad at life in general? I'll offer this as proof that people dislike you - I asked what might be considered a "stupid" computer question a few weeks ago, and no one ridiculed me. I know I'm no saint, but rarely does someone manage to arouse the amount of animosity that you have, X. Please go crawl back in your hole.

I am getting better and better in english. How's your spanish and french?

Fact that 30 people pseudo-hate me doesn't impression me much dudess.

When it'll be 300, I'll think about it.

Xcalibur

Because the world isn't only the small land called USA???

Because part of your population speaks either one language?

Because being able to speak more than one language is cool?

Because it keeps your brain smarter?

Because women love it?

Because, well, because.

02-27-2005, 07:14 PM
The world isn't just America? Yeah, that's true, but I didn't make the effort to learn the pig latin that you speak and you made the effort to learn the language I speak. Heh, who's the sucker now?

That about sums up that theory.

Now back on topic, to fix that error message. Start menu, run, type "command" then when the prompt comes up type Format C:\ and follow the prompts. Then stay off the beasty porn in the future frenchy.

I'd rather spend my time learning stuff I will actually use.

Excuse me for making a mistake every 20 words in my sentences.

Ahh, that's the normal ratio for a normal person in any language...

I won't format, I know it has something to do with something else...
