If anyone was on the fence and has the spell aiming (my bolting cleric does) this is a super fun toy. Wish I hadn't bought a bunch of spell preps because I want another, but not this run sadly. Also I need to start carrying a maul just for this fun treat.
You wave your dark glass rod at a ghostly pooka.
1d100: 94 + Modifiers: 148 == 242
A translucent force moves outward from you and toward a ghostly pooka.
The ghostly pooka is buffeted by the force, but is unaffected.
You levitate a battered silver strongbox at a ghostly pooka!
AS: +238 vs DS: +103 with AvD: +41 + d100 roll: +61 = +237
... and hit for 96 points of damage!
Huge hit explodes left arm into cold, viscous mist.
When you look again, the arm has reformed.
You hear a sound like a weeping child as a white glow separates itself from the ghostly pooka's body as it rises, disappearing into the heavens.
The ghostly pooka ceases all attempts at movement.
The dim aura fades from around a ghostly pooka.
The light blue glow leaves a ghostly pooka.
