Group of inexperienced players looking to try it out for the first time. Would be semi regular (times haven't been determined yet) and ongoing. Would be done over discord.

Probably 5th edition, we are all pretty inexperienced with it and that seems like the easiest to learn on.

5e is ridiculously good as a starting point. Also, have a back up character at all times.

Just out of curiosity, what are you using for resources? If you haven't already (doubtful) check out the Critical Role crew. They have a brilliant DM and a set of rules to further streamline the experience. I'll see if I can't snag my groups current Drive of books too.

Ah, hm... a few of his homebrew rules are pretty good. Also lots of good DM/GM guidelines, should you want to take the role on.
