Are the ones that reduce the weight of an item bound to the character that received the note originally? Someone gave me such a note and it kept saying that the note wasn't attuned to my character or something and I couldn't use it.

the note someone gave you was one from ebon gate that was from a game pass or service thing, those are only able to be used by the person that tore it. it can be used for your item they just have to do it

So one more question then, I'm not trying to make a comment about your pricing structure, but is there something more to bright orange notes that make them worth more than twice as much as light yellow note? Like can the latter only reduce an item's weight by so much or doesn't work on as many items as the former or something?

the price on orange ones is right . i think he selling the yellow ones soo cheap cause he has 100 of them . the 1 pound notes normally go fer 100k-150k in my exp
