You remove a ghost-edged red certificate from in your crimson silk longcloak.
You analyze your red certificate and sense that the creator has provided the following information:
Your certificate is of the Ebon Gate Ghost Custom Flare Messaging variety and has bright orange and green ghosts as the Custom Flare Message. Using it will give a weapon or armor, that already has fire flares on it, the customized messaging.
A ghost-edged red certificate can not be altered in any way.
To use the certificate, you will need to RAISE your red certificate while holding your weapon, armor, or runestaff in the other hand.
You get no sense of whether or not the certificate may be further lightened.
In the Common language, it reads:
This will add an Ebon Gate Ghost-Themed Custom Flare Message to your weapon or armor. It will look roughly like so: "Searing heat ripples the air as bright orange and green ghosts rise out of your (weapon) and sail through the air, passing in and out of (the creature) before dissipating with a low moan."
