Found a Sorcerer's runestaff in OTF

It has a temp layer of ensorcell on it so I'm sure this belongs to someone.

I probably lose a good 3 or 4 of them a week in Nelemar. If it's 0x, then the person likely doesn't care about it. In disarm heavy areas, sorcerers and wizards often run around with a 0x ebladed runestaff that they can afford to lose.

It has some nice enhancive stats definately not a throwaway runestaff.
