It's strange knowing things like this actually happen in the world.
I hope she makes as complete a recovery as possible.

These guys have skills.

Everytime I cut off a baby's head, it dies.

"The head that was removed from Manar had been capable of smiling and blinking but not independent life, doctors said."

That just creeps me out.

That is, by a large margin, the creepiest thing I've ever seen in my life.

That's almost as creepy as the child who was born with no face (apparently a very severe case of Treacher Collin's syndrome)..

Normally, like say. even 80 years ago, these children would have died.. yet now we can save their lives... wonder what this all means.. and is it fair to keep a person who normally would have died after birth (due to a severe disfigurement) alive?

Why have a full baby when instead you could just have a parasitic head???

What happened to the old addage "Two heads are better than one"?

Way to ruin the kid's future financial opportunities.

If we have the technology, and the person has some quality of life, why not try? It isn't like they cut off the second head and the baby became a vegetable.

Amazing (and creepy as hell). At least her parents will have something interesting to tell her about her childhood. :weird:

If this happened in Florida, would they try to keep the head alive?
