Checked the lance:
This lance is created from a single column of black worked silver. The distinguishing mark of the creator is stamped on the guard in ivory just above the blackened leather wrapped grip. Along the entire shaft of the lance a saying etched in ivory states, "What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul?" You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

You touch the crystal with one hand, your silver lance in the other hand. Tiny sparks of brilliant golden light dance across your lance. A silver nimbus glows for a moment around your lance. A green beam shoots up from your silver lance toward the ceiling. A pure high note sounds, echoing through the room.

according to that it's 4x blessable, though no promises on it being a full 4x enchant (too lazy to find a bard)
