Now that's some nice armor Got me thinking now.

Reminds me of some armor someone was offering to trade to me.

How do the fusion slots work? They can be recharged through adventure guild? And is the armor as high enchant as you can get now?

The armor is maxed out for a player to enchant with 925 due to the way the enhancive tempering potions work, but could be enchanted via HESS or PPs. I have some similar armor, and you can recharge it at the AG or you can use the 30-day recharging potions at the simucoin store and save up / sell your BPs. Depending on how often you'd have to recharge the armor, it could be more advantageous to save up the BPs to sell, and buy the semi-cheap recharging potions.

My last question would be would my mdp bubble flares on my weapon work on the armor?

I would agree that buying the 30 day potions would make more sense.

Bubble flaring weapons are in addition to any padding you have from other sources. They don't apply to the armor at all, they apply directly to your character. This armor is crit padded, so you would have crit padding alongside whatever level of damage padding comes with your bubble flares.
