It was even worse on ship. The piping in the ship sucks, so you get that RV quality paper that can break up easily.

I don't understand this logic. At the last company I owned, we had only a few policies that were set in stone. One of which was "good toilet paper for all."

Now I'm working for someone else again, and all I see is the wasted time of people having to wipe extra times because of shitty toilet paper that is maddeningly difficult to get off the roll without it tearing. It's like some MBA decided they were going to maximize toilet paper savings. It probably took a committee actually.

You can get really nice ones that replace your toilet seat and provide heated water, a heated seat, a dryer function, a remote control, all the bells and whistles. Not even that expensive really, I think I paid 200 dollars for mine. Sure it's a lot of money for a toilet seat but your ass will thank you.

It is still cheaper. If they bought the good shit it would probably all be stolen. Using the cheaper TP always has the effect of making people not want to shit at work.
