When you get to items in the $2500+ range you can't really say because its unsold its overpriced, the pool of people willing to drop that kind of dough on a single (disarmable) item is small-- smaller still would be the venn diagram of polearm users in that pool that don't already have something very nice they are uninterested in moving away from.
