Obscene Pictures

Any member who posts an obscene picture is in violation of forum policy and subject to a violation count increase of at least 25 and at most 40. For the purpose of this rule, an obscene picture is any, but not limited to, the following: pornographic, snuff and or gore, and racially, ethnically, sexually, or religiously offensive pictures.

IT WAS A FUKIN TATTOO. Tattoo = Art whatever your perception.

And while you are at please define obscenity since the supreme court has yet to be able to do so.

In your opinion perhaps, in the opinion of the man that runs the boards ... that opinion isn't relevant as it conflicts with his.

The TOS is pretty clear.

Also, this isn't the US, the supreme court of the US holds no authority.

Unless this is a State or Federally funded forum, they are not subject to the constitution.

No one pays to post; no one is paid to moderate. The only cost is to Kranar and those who chose to donate.

Meaning = Only the host or the admin can shut down the forum unless the host or Admin break some laws concerning the forum or the host.
