1. Put up a few Trump/Pence signs on your property.
2. Install cameras to watch the signs (preferably from from different angles).
3. Wait for liberal sign thieves to steal the signs.
4. Give video clips of the sign thieves to your local police (be sure one of the cameras can get the license tags of any cars).
5. Go to step 1 and repeat.

I'm surprised the homeowner hasn't been arrested yet. Booby traps are actually illegal.

Depends on where you live and all of these are on private property.

Booby trap laws don't care where the booby trap is and they are illegal in all states.

I'm sure state laws vary but booby traps are typically only illegal if they cause a serious injury or death.
Also it could be argued that in a lot of those instances the home owner is just securing their property, especially the ones about using wires and stakes. This would really be no different than securing something else you are afraid of blowing away or being stolen.
It's also why I think the other video about shocking someone grabbing the sign is okay too because it's not going to cause any injury or death.
Plus booby traps are usually defined as being concealed with someone having no way of knowing they were there to begin with; ie the trap is behind a door that goes off by you just opening the door. While these traps are concealed as well they are out in the open and only really go off when some jackass attempts to steal the sign, they aren't going to go off from someone just walking around.

I wonder if you could argue entrapment if you went for a sign, with surveillance, and became injured on the property.

It wouldn't be entrapment, but it would be a liability.

I'm putting a Trump sign on my yard and putting razor wire around it. If someone gets hurt, I'll say it was to keep the stray animals away.

Even if you managed to clear criminal liabilities, you'd probably get fucked in the civil court.

That barbed wire was there to protect my property from stray animals, man. It's only an unfortunate coincidence that some trespassing thief got caught up in it but oh well man.

Shiesty lawyers don't care why, they just know an injury occurred on your property.

i just looked at a bug a-salt gun and was unimpressed. Appeared that the flies just flew off before the salt got there.

The plastic ones suck and if it's not a shotgun don't bother. Most of the time it's the wind pressure that gets the flies, the salt just gives it visual presence.

Then they'd sue you for intentionally placing dangerous things in your yard. Those shiester lawyers can think up things. I believe they used to successfully sue people who had the "Danger: Dogs" signs because it implied that the owner knew their dog was dangerous or some shit.

Hah, said that on the first page. It is illegal in all of the states. They were talking about trying to get around it being a booby trap. Saying it was for "animals".
The general reasoning is it endangers firemen, policemen, and other first res ponders who may have to access the property. Two cases have made it to the Supreme Court and both times, the homeowner was found liable.
