Wizard and "CLICK ONE OF THE FOLLOWING"

Why in the hell does a help "menu" for a TEXT-based game even exist let alone not give you a proper TEXT-based command? I refuse to open Stormwind or whatever the jizz the new programs are named just to set my alts demeanor. I'll just go without armor support.

Stormfront has always had a weird screen scroll. To me it feels clunky to slightly lagish. I use it in two different cases, if I make a new character and want to avoid a possible bug that happens with the sprite quest when using wizard or at an event with shops so the shelves and shit are highlighted in all the shops.

One event a year or so ago (don't remember which one, I know it was the one where you could start buying new generic spell prep descriptions) they pretty much made it so you couldn't order anything if you were using wizard. So I said fuck the event and didn't even bother switching over to stormfront.

If it was better than wizard I would use it. There are a few coding benefits to stormfront but for the most part it's nothing I can't get around in wizard with a few more lines of code. Combined with lich, wizard is just much better performance.

I used the Wizard front end. A few months ago I rerolled a character and after leaving the "Inn" was frustrated with the part that asks where you want to start... click here for Wehnimer's Landing, click here for Solhaven, etc.

Recenty I used the test server to test out the player shops... and that uses what I am guessing is Stormfront. I only lasted about five minutes using that.

It doesn't. It gives a different response for the wizard (and other legacy FEs) that tells you the command.

Lich lies to the server and says it's stormfront because it needs stormfront's features to work.

The game thinks you're running stormfront, so it gives you the stormfront version of the command.

I do not use lich, scripts, and very seldom SF.

I will use SF to check the available actions on an item instead of playing guess-the-verbs.
