I've never used the character and it was sold to me with clean justice. So, yes, clean justice.

Justice command only shows in character justice system. I don't believe there's any verb available to show warnings/suspensions, etc.

If there's a recent scripting warning there should be a death's sting listed with "experience", at least from what I've seen shown on another character sale here.

Justice is an in game command only for in game crimes. The only way to check for scripting violations is to ASSIST and ask a GM. Script warnings stack cumulatively up to 1 year.

Death's Sting experience penalty only works as a possible script check indicator until its absorbed.
