If you haven't found an enchanter yet, don't be surprised by the cost it may run you. I haven't played for a while, but if the enchanting pots for flaring items are still rather rare you're going to pay a lot, even for low level enchants.
I had a perfect gornar flamberge that I took up to 6x with my wizard. Costs of the gorveneh potions ran him 500k a pop. Usually the cost of the greater elemental needed for the potion (I had someone that would make the potions for free, if I provided the materials). Each potion contains 5 pours. Each temper step requires 1 pour.
Going from 1x to 2x = 2 pours from the pre-temper potion and 2 pours from the temper potion
Going from 2x to 3x = 3 pours
Going from 3x to 4x = 4 pours
Total of 9 pours. This means you'll need 2 pre-temper potions of the draveneh variety. Most wizards won't charge much for a project going to up to 4x, but you're looking at a minimum of probably 1.5mil for the work simply due to the costs of the pre-temper potions.
Going from 4x to 5x = 5 pours
Going from 5x to 6x = 6 pours
Going from 6x to 7x = 7 pours
Total of 18 pours. That's another 4 draveneh potions you'll need, which means that'll run you at least an extra 2mil.
Cost of a 1x to 4x enchant - probably 500k
Cost of a 4x to 5x enchant - probably 3-4mil
Cost of 5x to 6x enchant - probably 6-8mil
Cost of 6x to 7x enchant - probably 10-12 mil
Cost of Draveneh potions - 27 total pours going from 1x to 7x, means you'll need 6 potions. If you provide them, probably run you around 500k a potion (5 pours a pot, means 100k a pour). If I had to provide the potions, I'd up charge the customer an extra 50-100k a pour (meaning 750k to 1mil per pot).
At the end of the day, you'd be looking to spend as little (if you're lucky) as 20-22mil to upwards of 30mil if a wizard was able to run the item up to 7x. If the wizard was also able to shave time off the high end enchants with infused potions, they'd be sure to charge you extra for that as well, but I don't know what kind of extra pricing that would cost you.
Best of luck on your search if you haven't found anyone yet. I just wanted you (and others) to know what you may expect to pay if were still looking for the work.
