Found runestaff

I found this where the Troll Necromancers are, I'm pretty sure it belongs to someone as it's not the usual treasure system drop.

Necromancers rez with special runestaves VERY regularly and being disarmed in the dungeon is a pretty rare occurrence... they can cast the itchy curse but almost never do and nothing else down there has any means to disarm unless a servant wanders down there. If it's not registered to someone, it's a safe bet the critter rezzed with it.
