Yes I was unaware they changed the prices this run and was stoked when I got to 25k early on and then was super bummed when I couldn't buy them at first. Got lucky and did 1 run of bank heist and got one of those blood crystals and my luck changed and got one.

How do you even use them? I bought one of the daggers and every time, I try to use them it says that they are not compatible?

Think you gotta bond it first then use the T1, 2, 3 vouchers as your bond increases.

I ended up getting the last T2 waiver on Monday or Tuesday and used it on Thursday. Sorry :(
