Decided to part with my precious adamantine plate. Kips is likely to end up in hauberk outside of specific situations that warrant the use of his kroderine plate so I'm going to have to let this sexy set of awesome go. Adamantine is ridiculously hard to ensorcell. It requires a 303 sorcerer with enhancives to make the T5 cast doable so this is a solid starter piece for someone to pick up.

note: adamantine does not seem to influence the cost of the WPS smithy.
requires level 65 to use
weighs in @ 113 lbs max light
Can deflect any AS/DS resolution attack including claws, pounds, bites, and spell bolts. In addition it will shatter (non-magical) or disarm (magical) weapons regardless of the level of the attacker. I was able to disarm a level 100 maul at level 65. The rate of disarm/shatter is dependent on the type of weapon attacking you. http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthrea...te-(some-data) is a thread where I posted some values against bandits. When asked if I think adamantine is worth it I respond by asking what 5-15% EBP is worth to them. I love this plate but Kips is a halfling so it's a little heavy for him.
FYI, as a halfling it adds (113 - 75) * 0.5 = 19 lbs to encumbrance. You can substitute the 0.5 in the formula with your race to determine what it will be for you.
I've asked for what others think it's worth and only one person had a value at 70m so I'll start this at 60m and see what happens.
