Been noticing this has been going on for the past week or 2. I log in everything runs fine then all of a sudden the game just acts like its lagging. I'll enter like 3 or 4 commands and nothing happens then one of two things happen. The three or 4 commands execute successfully with no problem. Or this error occurs.

I am running on Windows 10 have all the junk turned off where I can get rid of it. Also have anti virus and such running. If anyone else has had this experience let me know. Thank you.
