For sale: some black and tan full leather. Perfect project leathers for a CoL Sorc or Wizard

Two spherical depressions adorn the tan full leather, approximately the size and shape of a small gem. The chambers currently hold a moon-marked dark indigo orb, and a swirl-marked dark indigo orb.
The chamber surrounding a moon-marked dark indigo orb is alive with steady radiance.
You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.
There appears to be something written on it.

A cream and gold tag affixed to the inner lining of the tan full leather reads, "7x, 2 slot fusion, +5 mana recovery-sorc/wizard only, +1 spirit recovery-lvl40, max light, has zests."
AKA....+35 2 slot fusion with T3 +5 mana recovery orb. MUST BE sorc or wizard to use AND +1 spirit recovery orb. Level 40 to use. It is also max lightened to 7 lbs and this item can be altered freely by any merchant. This armor is NOT unlocked. Actions included in this tier are limited to: WEAR, REMOVE, PULL, STARE.
