First off, the fold in the eyelid is so subtle that it really doesn't make hardly any bit of a difference at all, IMHO.

Secondly, assuming it all turned out spiffy and actually did look completely round, why do it?

Basically, the video is showing that using that adhesive is able to pull back the skin of the eyelid and make it fold, her eyes look more, um, Americanized, but it's unnatural and ish.
