Premium Points and spikes.

Hey all.

I'm wondering whether or not you can use Premium Points to add spikes to an armor accessory; such as a helm for headbutt, arm greaves for bearhug, etc.?

I know nothing about premium points, but spike merchants tend to be pretty easy. I think CCF had unlimited spiking for 100k or something
