8x permablessed blade.
I've seen a read already of the "unless horribly unlucky" nature, so I know it's still totally doable. I also know a standard build "less exp" capped sorc can't do it. Might be a sorc with 163 sorc ranks only could still do it, but they would at least need max share, MIU, AS and probably enhancives. Let me know your pricing expectations.
