The cat is a clear winner just from shock value. I loved the careerbuilder one though, it runs a close second.

My fav was the one that wasn't a Superbowl only commerical but was played during it. It was for Yahoo DSL or some online radio/video site with some guy sitting at his computer watching Eric Clapton's "Wonderful Tonight" clip while his wife is in the closet trying to find the right dress. So he keeps putting the line from the song "she's wondering what clothes to wear" on repeat and she tells him to knock it off, heh. That's also how Eric Clapton came up with the lyrics to that song, the same situation.

And if that doesn't count since it wasn't a new commercial unveiled during the Superbowl, I guess I gotta vote for the one that had that hot chick while talking to some commitee and her strap falls off. Hey, can ya blame me? Besides, the commercials sucked this year so..

If not... Young man gets home from work, and bustles about making dinner. It's obvious he's expecting female company and that the dinner is a bit special. His fluffy white cat jumps up by the stove and upends a pot of tomato sauce onto the floor as he's chopping onions. The cat jumps down and he grabs it by the scruff to keep it from taking a sauce bath. His door opens and the lady is treated to the sight of the young man holding the cat by the scruff in one hand and a large knife in the other, standing in what appears to be a pool of blood, with blood spattered everywhere. The voice over says something like 'don't judge too quickly'.

For a cat babe like me, this commercial was a total pisser.
