My Name I.G. is DieyaJeah, I am Violenttmoon's IRL son, I have some news I want to share with everyone. I am going to just copy/paste my facebook post I made earlier as my hands are getting tired from typing today. I am also posting a gofundme post as I need to get to South Carolina ASAP so I can get an apartment for my mother to move in with me as her health is degrading.

Hello, Friends and Family of Gemstone 4. My I.G. name you may know me by is Dieyajeah. Or otherwise known as Violenttmoon 's IRL Son. It's with heavy hands that I write this post to inform you of her current status in life. She is now 57 years of age, with 1 son and 3 grand children. She has been retired since 40 due to illness beyond her control. She has suffered a stroke recently which has begun to degrade her health. She has begun to show signs of memory loss and cognitive abilities so she is no longer able to play Gemstone 4 Or any of her other favorite games as well as she used to. She is currently hospitalized and is in "Stable but sub-par" condition. She has begun to forget the simple things like dialysis days and cooking for herself. I am going to be moving down to where she lives in soon as I get the money to move so my wife can take care of her full time until need be. If you would like to send her wishes I will tag her in this post. If you message me I will attempt to reach back out when I can. However I am quite busy at this time with handling this however I will respond when I can. Thank you for taking the time to read this post and I will update the group with any changes in her condition.

I am so sorry for what's going on with your mom. It sounds like it's been a lot to deal with for both of you, and a lot of people are going to be genuinely sad to lose her from the community.

Reading this post brought tears to my eyes. Immediately after I read it I went to TSC and asked everyone to join me for a brief moment of silence for Vrom and the trying time you and your family are having the response was amazing. Everyone wishes you and your family well. You have been such an inspiration to us all in the kindness and generosity you have shown to many of us in game.

This may or may not be helpful, but from what I remember Violenttmoon has a large amount of GS goods. Silvers are at peak value right now, you might want to consider if you can sell excess goods and sell silvers to fund your trip.

My last interaction with them was in Ta`Illistim where I was shocked to see them. I wished I was able to see them one last time somehow. I pray she recovers and regains her health.

Sadly Violenttmoon had an account take over back in 2012, However mum and me reentered the game back in 2015-6 and that's where Vrom comes into play. I do have access to Vrom and am debating on selling the silver on him to assist in the funding of our relocation.

Just wanted to post a 24 hour update on mum. She has woken up a couple times since she has been hospitalized, she is responsive answering basic questions and drinking basic fluids (water/juice) She has had dialysis a couple times since she's been taken in. She is still on a breathing system to assist her with breathing but nothing else has changed so far. I want to thank everyone who's been sharing my gofundme on facebook, It's been shared 25 times already and people are starting to assist with the move. I have spoken to my landlord and he is giving us a 25% discount on last months rent as a gift to our move. Thank you everyone for the support. I am going to be posting updates going forward on www.gofundme.com/violenttmoon only because I have to copy/paste updates to several forums/facebook groups each time I update her status... apparently my mum is more popular than me... with over 2000 friends!!!

Quick update everyone. Mum should be out of the hospital in the next 72 hours. And going into a 7-21 day rehab (depending on condition.) Also, I have had a couple requests for a direct Paypal / Venmo link for those who don't want to use gofundme (which I understand) So here are the links for those. HI I am truly sorry for this situation. I play Sebthyl a half-krol Cleric who Vrom adopted one of many. Vrom has shown great kindness to me and mine and everyone she has interacted with! please wish her all the best from me and tell her she has to get better I needs to be able to say Hi Pappy!!! to her again. So Mum is home for anyone not watching the gofundme updates! Woo! She has a visiting nurse and is doing better, She's back into her dialysis routine and says all the support of her GS4 family has helped a lot with her recovery! She wants to introduce the newest member of the family, a baby chick one of her birds had! If anyone has suggestion on names don't hesitate to throw them out! We are just a few more weeks away from moving down, just need to get a couple more dollars in the bank to make the move. Will be with mum very soon! Can't wait. :D 9014

Thank you very much! We are pretty close to our goal. Right now we did calculations and are heading out 7/7 (calculated budget to a T) if we get any other support we will be able to leave sooner!

Also thank you AGAIN for all the support everyone. She's doing better and back in game. I told her to get on. She's slowly showing her face again hour by hour here and there. Once I'm south with her. She will be much better.

An update for everyone, We are moving forward with a move date of 7/7 down to S.C. So we can take care of mum. She is back in game but hiding out in EN because she's just taking things slow and relaxing. She has a few more weeks with the in home nurse. And I been chatting with her every day to make sure shes doin. Any questions don't hesitate to PM me :D

Hey guys, Giving a quick update, Not far out from moving. However due to her dialysis our move date got pushed to 8/3. But we have the apartment signed, cable/electric/furniture etc. all being delivered on the same day... Thank you again everyone for your support. If you want to come by and chat with us we are always in elven nation, hanging out at the dais or at OTF dying.... The gofundme is still up until we move in to the new apartment. We are still missing a few odds and ends for the apartment. I've already sold a couple characters and sold some millions to assist in the move.
