Mounted atop a haft of blackened fel rests a fiery reddish-gold golvern axe head, sweeping down in a graceful arc to form a wicked drop point. The flat of the blade on each side has a brushed, matte finish, while the edge is sharp and polished. The smooth handle has been wound with strips of black suede, forming a webwork of ebony over the natural dark hue of the fel, and providing a better grip on the weapon. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph. A strange necrotic haze radiates from the waraxe.

The curved haon handle has been stained black to match the blade, save for several unaltered bands, allowing the natural silvery grain to come through. Housed within a carved hollow at the base of the hilt is a scarlet despanal, the blood color of the jewel deepening as it recesses into the wood. You notice a small enchanter's glyph and Telare's crafting mark.
