I found what I was looking for. The Arkati site seems to have lost some of the monk's teaching text.

Under each individual section in the GSIV wiki site had a section for monks teaching for each symbol. I compiled those to a single file with questions encountered marked with an astrisk.

**Order of Voln founded by Lord Fasthr k'Tafali
**Great Spirit Voln came to assist Fasthr k'Tafali and his men in their battle against undead.
**Voln is an immortal power serving the Lady Lorminstra.

**Order of Voln is not a secret organization

**Voln came to the rescue of the founder, Lord Fasthr, and his men who were fighting against the undead.

-"Answer me with one word. Whom does the Order of Voln honor?"

**Founders first home was in Tafali Manor which became the site of the first monastery.

-"Answer me with one word. The Order was first made up of only one race. Which was it?" Giantmen
**Voln taught Lord Fasthr and his men for three years. At that time the only members were **Giantmen.

-"Answer me with one word. Which lord is master of the Mana?" Koar
**Koar is the Master of Mana.

Step 1. Recognition
**Order of Voln founded by Lord Fasthr k'Tafali
**Great Spirit Voln came to assist Fasthr k'Tafali and his men in their battle against undead.
Voln provided special training to help defeat undead.
**Lord Fasthr and his men built first Voln monastery.
It is a member's duty to free undead from their cursed existence.
Lords of Liabo will look upon these acts with great favor.
Use of the Meditation Chamber.

Step 2. Bless
Each step along the Path to Enlightenment is governed by a Lord or Lady of Liabo.
Each of the thirteen Lords and Ladies governs two steps along the Path.
**Voln is an immortal power serving the Lady Lorminstra.
Normal weapons do not have any effect on undead. They require a bless.

Step 3. Thought
**Order of Voln is not a secret organization
The Order's purpose was and always will be to free undead.
Ability to transmit messages mentally to only other members.

Step 4. Diminishment
**Voln came to the rescue of the founder, Lord Fasthr, and his men who were fighting against the undead.
Voln taught them his personal secrets when fighting undead.

Step 5. Courage
**Founders first home was in Tafali Manor which became the site of the first monastery.

Step 6. Protection
**Voln taught Lord Fasthr and his men for three years. At that time the only members were **Giantmen.

Step 7. Submission
**The Order of Voln is not a secret society.
The Order's only agenda is freeing undead from their curse.

Step 8. Kai's Strike

Step 9. Holiness
Phoen demonstrated how to harness the Sun's power and use it to cleanse the undead.

Step 10. Recall
Through Lorminstra's teachings deceased members have learned how to recall spells upon returning to life.
Members who voluntarily depart forfeit this ability.

Step 11. Sleep
Ronan rules the world of dreams and visions
He wanders the night on a white unicorn steed saving the innocent from the Undead

Step 12. Transcendence
Lumnis is the wife of Koar and the patron of scholars and masters of thought. She is also known as The Wise.
Lumnis taught a way to temporarily slip into the place between the corporeal and ethereal realms.

Step 13. Mana
**Koar is the Master of Mana.
He controls the pools of mana. This is why he leads the other Lords of Liabo.
He taught us how to tap the mana around us.

Step 14. Sight
Tonis is the messenger of the Gods.
Some of his duties tear at his heart.
Unlike the other male gods, he will weep. (The monk does specify "male gods.")
Tonis taught us how to briefly see other members from a remote distance.

Step 15. Retribution
Eonak is the master of weapons
In addition to teaching how to bless weapons, also taught how to surround our bodies with an aura of divine energy.

Step 16. Supremacy
Oleani taught Voln members how to communicate with each other over long distances.
She also taught us how to combine our collective experience against the undead to discern their weaknesses, thereby improving each individual member's combat effectiveness.

Step 17. Restoration
Cholen is a prankster but also has a serious side.
He can be a deadly foe. You would rue the day you were at the receiving end of his pale wood longbow.
He taught us how to restore some health, though the symbol will not cure bleeding or mend visible wounds.

Step 18. Need
Jastev provided us with the Symbol of Courage in the fifth step. But he also gave us another Symbol which may be used even in death, the Symbol of Need.

Step 19. Renewal
Lady Imaera is beautiful in any form she takes
She taught us the Symbol of Protection and also taught us how to renew our souls with the Symbol of Renewal

Step 20. Disruption
Charl can be frightening, but if you call upon his daughter, Niima, she may temper his anger
Charl has taught us how to disrupt the ethereal bodies of the non-corporeal undead, such that we may more easily combat them.

Step 21. Kai's Smite
Kai is an extraordinary brawler who has taught us, with Kai's Strike to inflict damage to undead with our bare hands.
He also taught us a technique, with Kai's Smite, to increase our power against corporeal undead and temporarily corporealizing the ethereal undead.

Step 22. Turning
Undead are vulnerable to all that is holy.
Phoen has taught us how to use this holy power to turn the undead, repelling or potential destroying them.

Step 23. Preservation
Explains the importance of having studied all previous lessons.
Lorminstra has shown us how to preserve our own spirits, even when dead in order to delay decaying.

Step 24. Dreams
Ronan knows about the healing power of rest and sleep and has taught us how to accelerate this healing process.
If you rest after recalling this Symbol, you will experience a quickening of your health, life, and vitality.

step 25. Return
Lumnis showed us how to protect our mind and spirit with the Symbol of Transcendence, and now she has taught us how to return safely to our homes.
Lumnis gave us the power to return us and our group to a place of safety here within the walls of the brotherhood.

Step 26. Seeking
Your progress on the Path to Enlightenment is complete.
You are now a Master in the Order of Voln.
You are granted a final ability from The Great Spirit himself, the Symbol of Seeking.
