View Full Version : Project for a New American Century
Project for a New American Century (http://www.newamericancentury.org/)
Here is the Administration’s agenda. To paraphrase - world domination through might. I kid you not... its right on the front page.
Read through who they are and who is involved. Rumsfeld, Cheney, Wolfowitz, Jeb Bush, Dan Quayle...
How many of you are aware of this group’s influence on current American policy? How many care? Global domination through military might? Did we vote for that?
Being the good menace to society that I am, I have an opinion. Its naive. It would be downright silly if it weren’t actively in force and taking lives. Its not the direction I would like to see this country go in.
Bush is obviously Hitler incarnated :weird:

I can't say I'm surprised but the writing is on the wall. Now we know where to find the real agenda.
I don't understand how they can advocate for a system of limited government involvement at home yet abroad ... you're either with us or against us.
It doesn't seem like this is a conservative agenda at all, seems authoratarian to me.
Rebuilding nations in America's own image.

It's because neo-cons aren't truly Republicans. They just control the Republican party.

Some of the scariest things ever are what conservatives say to each other.

So, what else is new? Conquering and ruling the world is the #1 dream for power-hungry people. Do you honestly think these days are any different than from the days of the Greek, Roman, Persian, English, Ottoman, Nazi, or Russia Empires? This is just reality being shown to you thanks to this Information Age. Scary, yes, to those who don’t realize it, but it’s nothing new.
The U.S. is no different than any other Empire that was #1 in it’s time. Heck, how do you think all 50 states became ours? The only thing that was changed after WWII was the introduction of atomic bombs as it made it harder for countries to expand and dominate the world without someone saying “no, I don’t think so” and actually being able to put a stop to it with ease. The Cold War was the defining point of one’s stopping power.
So these days, instead of being so obvious about wanting to rule the world through military might, we do so coyly with capital might to appear nonchalant about it. Instead of going to war and taking a place over, we buy them out. It may seem different to blind people, but the end result is the same whether you’re a country or a corporation. Rather than putting our U.S. of A. ownership stamp on a country, we allow those bought out and conquered people to keep their separate country-name while we run the show.
Colonization has never died nor will it ever.

It is suprizing, to me at least. In the 21st century the best the neocons (New Conservatives) can come up with is... same old same old. Nothing revolutionary or ingenuative. Certainly, that old pattern worked, but these days?
Aside from nuclear proliferation being a major drawback to such a plan, there is such a thing as cultural integrity. While American media (culture may be to strong of a word) is highly popular, not everyone wants it. How can anyone not be aware of this? I’m a huge fan of the American lifestyle (freedom) but not to the point I would FORCE anyone to try/enjoy it.
Global domination can occur naturally. In a transparent way. If your idea is good, people will catch on and follow. You can’t make someone change their entire cultural/religous/belief system. And you can’t claim that yours is any better than theirs.
