It's a 6x sephwir crossbow, nothing more than that.

Looks like you need a black potion for some reason.

edit: its been a while since i ensorcelled anything so im not sure why you would need it.

Yep. It has enhansives on it, which I wasn't aware of, but a nice bonus.
