Dhu Kitten Alterations

How does one go about altering a Dhu Kitten? Is it possible through Sadie? Or is it an event merchant that gives you the 15/15/15 long description?

Not sure if it would work with the Sadie Scroll system, but GALD merchants are generally willing to alter them.

I altered mine through Sadie. She did both the bag and the kitten, but this was years ago.
