Since no one has posted yet... Wyrom pushed out an update in order for GS to be recognized with Discord. This changed the XML stream to GemStoneIV from GSIV and now lich won't work! Everything is broken! Tillmen, please help!

Come on now, that’s nonsense. Wyrom wants a place where GMs can interact directly with players without said players being able to call them baby raping faggots. The idea he is trying to kill the PC is weak, furthermore discord doesn’t have shit on the PC for merchant threads. Jesus I am tired of hearing about the other forums, but some folks got so offended they can just never shut the fuck up about. If the PC is fine it certainly doesn’t need the constant defense.

GSIV is the current setting, they're switching to GemstoneIV.

Tillmen will have to push out something more permanent at some point, because several other scripts rely on that same bit of information. He said he was trying to get a hold of Wyrom to talk to him earlier.

That was more a quick fix for when things broke earlier today.

I still prefer the other forums software. PMs that are more like instant messaging, better ignoring features.

It was missing some key features that vbulletin offers though. It's much easier to use [B] [U] [I] [table] code but it was never added even though it could have been. A lot of people also complained that it was ugly, and the themes weren't completed.

I didn't have an issue with the other forums, I saw their point just as I see the point of discord. But it didn't work out and now it's abandoned. If fortybox and friends could ever get that bit of sand out of their rainbow buttholes and move on that would be super swell.

I'm surprised there's backlash to Discord, of all things. Virtually everyone uses it nowadays, and it's handy to have all my GS contacts in the same place as those from other game communities.

I more meant why does GS code need to be altered for discord. Discord has been a lot better than trying to get answers on the officials.
