I'm partial to Brigadoon myself. Mostly because I love bagpipes. But also because Cyd Charisse is awesome.

Cyd's in Singing in the Rain too. :P But I love most, if not all, of his films, so anything but XANADU would have worked for me.

I know. She did a large number of musicals and starred not only with Kelly but Fred Astaire as well. But Brigadoon has her, Gene Kelly and bagpipes. You can't beat that. Course, the story and music are great too and Van Johnson is quite amusing.

Don't gotta tell me about musicals. I've seen hundreds of them, was brought up watching them. But I digress. Let's leave the musical fascination out of this thread before we get slapped around.
