Asking 900k in game $100 real world money, buyer pays transfer fee. (I suck at pricing so if this is way off let me know - I looked at other for sales to try and get an idea.)

Instead of using "in game" and "real world", why not use the terms "silvers" and "dollars". That might clear up at least some confusion. And if you're asking 900k silvers in game, that equates to about 5-6 dollars, not 100 dollars.
