Hey all,

I'm somewhat back again, as school is slow over the next week. I've got a few items I got completed before I took my break and don't have a current use for them. I was going to use the costume at EG, but was busy with school and the others were just random projects I was working on.

1: a cat-riding gnome costume - Fashioned into a single garment, the top half is designed to look like a burghal gnome with stuffed fake tiny stubby legs extending out to either side. From the waist down, the outfit is fashioned to resemble a large cat's legs. A fake front half of a cat, fashioned from tiger skin dyed a bright pink, completes the gnome riding a cat illusion.

Chest worn costume item, marked non-functional so it shouldn't get in the way. I was going to get a lasso and borrow some dhu kittens for EG and pretend to be a Gnomish Kitten Wrangler. Now you could instead!

2: a bronze gear-worked corseted gown fashioned from draping cloth-of-copper - The corseted gown is crafted of lace, and the back appears to have a pair of slits.

This is a fully unlocked and altered Winged Wear item. They are technically designed for Aelotoi, hence the wing slits(which can be customized), but work great for anyone. I love the versatility of the customizable-ness. Further work that can be done to it include getting the WEAR, REMOVE, FOLD, and POSE verbs customized. The below bolded sections can be customized. And, with the right merchant, the sky is the limit. I'll try to dig up what I had planned for the WEAR/REMOVE if anyone wants that as an idea.

Analysis:
You analyze your corseted gown and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item type should not change."

The creator has also provided the following information:

This item is fully unlocked.

A practiced seamstress can add various alternate messages, materials, and customizations to this item.

Basic Modifications:
Customize the material of your item. Examples: silk, velvet, brushed suede.
Customize the wing opening. Examples: some ragged holes, a pair of lace-edged slits.

Customized Messaging: Only the phrases that are bolded can be customized.
Wear customization
You slip on the corseted gown...
Remove customization
You slip off the corseted gown...
Fold customization
Japhrimel folds his arms casually, tapping one finger idly against the fabric of his corseted gown.
Pose customization
Japhrimel strikes a nonchalant pose...

You get no sense of whether or not the gown may be further lightened.

3: a makeshift manacle choker dangling a stone hand - Extending from an ancient metal manacle is a matching length of chain which has been looped around and bolted back to the opposite side of the manacle, forming a makeshift choker. Securely bound within the manacle is a slender humanoid hand crafted from stone, curled into a fist, the level of detail giving the impression that it once was a real hand. Curiously, affixed to the middle finger of the hand is a silver signet ring etched with an unknown coat of arms. The manacle choker has an empty socket that looks ready to have a gem pushed into the choker.

This is an altered Joola necklace, so it has a different description with a gem in it, see the below analysis for the differences. I don't think the show changes, as there were difficulties getting the script to work with the original idea. I got this idea like 2-3 years ago after we had way too much fun severing hands and petrifying them. This was made after the ruling stating petrified hands couldn't be used as alteration fodder, as I didn't want to toss out the design.

Analysis:
You analyze your manacle choker and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.

The creator has also provided the following information:
This item can be altered to have a LONG and a SHOW, but the show must accommodate either an inserted gem or an empty socket anywhere the gem is to be mentioned.

The merchant can also change the way the gem is attached. For example, you can have:
capped by (a gemstone)
topped by a carved (gemstone) heart
set with a series of (gemstone) studs

This item is currently set as follows:
Description with no gem inset: a makeshift manacle choker dangling a stone hand
Description with a gem inset: a makeshift manacle choker dangling a gemstone ring-set stone hand
Custom show description: Extending from an ancient metal manacle is a matching length of chain which has been looped around and bolted back to the opposite side of the manacle, forming a makeshift choker. Securely bound within the manacle is a slender humanoid hand crafted from stone, curled into a fist, the level of detail giving the impression that it once was a real hand. Curiously, affixed to the middle finger of the hand is a silver signet ring etched with an unknown coat of arms.

This manacle choker is unlocked. You sense you can CLEAN, POKE, and TILT it while a gem is inserted.

You get no sense of whether or not the choker may be further lightened.
