rough leather kidney belt affixed with brass fittings. Waist worn like a belt, weighs less then a pound and persists. Enhancive as follows: +2 Multi Opponent Combat Bonus and +3 Survival Bonus. No level requirement, but you do need some magic item use skill. I was able to activate it with 5 ranks of magic item use.
