I’ve decided it’s time to part with this since I’m probably going to be stepping away from GS for a while. Auction will go once, twice and sold. Accepting silver or cash bids (verified paypal only @ 5m per because … respect).

Lirion Self-Ammo Poison Longbow

an ivy-carved black oak longbow ~ A single flat piece of resin-protected black oak makes up the outer part of the bow stave, ensuring perfect tension with the softer rounded heartwood on the inner side. Natural dark green striations in the wood form the basis of intricate carvings made to resemble tendrils of poison ivy along the full length of the bow, each leaf adorned with thin veins of silver to compliment the silver nocks at each end holding the cat-gut string taut. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.

Not sure if this is the same one I had but it also had a "flare" as well that wasn't just poison on every turn.

I haven't used it in quite a while so I've no idea off the top of my head, I'm afraid. It would take quite a bit of testing on another PC to give you a good idea too but I'll see what I can come up, if time allows.

If it was like mine (pretty sure it was) my old research says it "when it hits it will give a poison between 1 and 75 per, every shot. It also has flares but let me emphasize that the poison hits every shot. I've seen it disapate at 1 and 2 per round, mostly 1."

It also had flares that did various things including proneing:

You draw back the string on your black oak longbow and a black witchwood arrow shimmers into view.
You fire a black witchwood arrow at an ice hound!
AS: +82 vs DS: +76 with AvD: +30 + d100 roll: +84 = +120
... and hit for 12 points of damage!
Minor puncture to the right leg.

**Noxious liquid from your black oak longbow showers the ice hound which falls to the ground and large, oozing blisters begin to form.*
The arrow splinters into tiny slivers.
Roundtime: 3 sec.

Couple of consecutive shots for you with a capture of the secondary flare:

... and hits for 24 points of damage!
Well aimed shot almost removes an eye!

No poison is like poison rot flares is similar to poison
Rot flares has more crits and is based on necro ranks

2. Poison does not appear to stack.

3. Not permablessed.

I had a thing for poison, archery and returners, so some of my best stuff was created with those underserved communities in mind.
