It is also made of coraesine, though it has none of the mechanical properties of coraesine. Japhrimel made a nice, in-depth post (http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?107877-43-extraplanar-bane-Ironwright-flaring-max-light-coraesine-pike(lance)&highlight=coraesine+pike) on it when he sold it last year.
