Golden vaalorn, shaped into a magnificent griffin's head, sits at the top of the quadrelle while spiked wings, crafted from the same metal, protrude from the upper end of the shaft. At the grip, a large chunk of ur-barath has been carved and polished to an oily sheen, allowing its inherent swirls of red against the naturally lighter-hued background to resemble a bloodstained cloth.
