More seriously? Be munificent, apologize on a world stage, and hand Iraq over to the Shiites. Encourage Iran to help their Shiite brethren. Sure, it's one type of repressive regime for another, but it'd stabilize the region, get us out of it, and potentially give us street cred with the Shiite world if spun properly.

Then we want to be decisive, be blatant, and bloody well see about finishing off Al Qaeda, wherever they dwell...

...and have a serious talk with China about their smaller and less sane brother country. This serious talk could involve discussions of the trade deficit. Point out that we can get cheap slave labor elsewhere in Southeast Asia, if not quite as cheap or plentiful....if that doesn't work...prop up Falun Gong/Falun Defa....

Alternately, a really fast bloody strike on upper level North Korean government. The people are starving over there. They don't have a religious hatred of Americans, though likely they've been indoctrinated pretty heavily. I think they'd be more welcoming to change. I've only been to formerly Communist Eastern European countries, but they seem pretty damn glad not to be Communist anymore, and apart from Yugoslavia, pretty damn glad not to have dictators (all the Croatians and the two Serbs I spoke with thought Tito was wonderful for their country.)

Most likely though I'd have thoroughly sold my soul to big business to become President... so I'd knock over Iran and put a liberal spin on it by harping the mistreatment of women, I'd apologize to the UN/International community for Bush, and I'd leave North Korea the f*** alone. Heck, I'd encourage China to invade North Korea. The Chinese like doing business with our businesses and I'm sure they could repress it more efficiently than the current North Korean government.
