Enchanting with PP

Okay. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Maybe I'm missing a step.

I'm trying to enchant plate with premium points. I have had the scroll in my left hand, and in my right hand (with the plate in the opposing hand each time) and have typed "pcalc enchant plate" and it tells me the following.

You have 3100 Premium Points.
You are only able to enchant armor, shields, and weapons.

Okay...great. How the fuck do I actually ENCHANT the damned thing?

Try just PCALC ENCHANT. Maybe it thinks you are trying to enchant a plate?

A GM will actually do the change, if approved, of what you request.

This should help get you started (alteration in this sense if for any of the Premium benefit requests offered via the Sadie system, not just alteration of a look of an item):

It is also not immediate and can take up to two weeks (usually a couple days though), depending on the queue and availability.
