I just started up after many years of being away. I am a TWC Warrior that placed my stats based on a training plan that I wanted to do. All my stats with the exception of Wisdom (70) and Aura (70) are set to max at 100. I was looking at focusing more on Defensive and passive CM to help out in the lower levels. I know you can do a fix stat and fix skills within a certain time frame but in the past I never made it pass 30. Anyhow, below is my training and stat placement at level 6.
Armor Use 7 (1.0X)
Edged Weapons 14 (2.0X)
Thrown Weapons 14 (2.0X)
Two Weapon Combat 14 (2.0X)
Combat Maneuvers 14 (2.0X)
Multi-Opponent Combat 7 (1.0X)
Ambush
Physical Fitness 14 (2.0X)
Dodging 7 (1.0X)
Climbing 4 (0.6X)
Swimming 3 (0.4X)
Perception 14 (2.0X)
First Aid 4 (0.6X)
Trading 7 (1.0X)
Survival 3 (0.4X)
STR P 80 83
CON S 80 83
DEX 63 66
AGL 63 66
DIS 73 75
AUR M 35 38
LOG 88 88
INT 70 72
WIS M 35 38
INF 73 75
Cunning Defense
Evade Mastery
Hamstring and or combat focus
Parry Mastery
Specialization I
Specialization II
Weapon Bonding
Whirling Dervish
I currently have one training in everything besides bonding and dervish. Am I better off focusing on one skill at a time or filling in as I go along?

Just an immediate thing I saw, you're going to definitely want to do at least 2x armor, atleast until you're in plate. Heavy armor is key to survival as a warrior.
I wouldn't bother with thrown at all, unless you have one of those bandos or a returner.
I'd do parry mastery instead of evade mastery.
I'd go with one weapon specialization at first, until you can get weapon bond done, then worry about the second specialization... Or just use two of the same weapon and save the precious cm points for else where.
I'd do combat focus over hamstring. TD is always cool.
Whirling Dervish is alright.

Agree with above...

Also I do not think you can use dervish until 30 ranks in MOC so based on your current training progression you can wait on that CM until lvl 29-30.
I don't know enough about warrior DS but if you're not going to have a shield would 2x dodging be prudent?

If you can get outside spells, you can skate a little bit on that.
As a no-outside spells from level 19-100, 2x dodge was/is a must.

I have been using the 5 free fixstats and quick skill migration and it's made my journey to level 20 more enjoyable.
You might want to use the hell out of the free fixstats and fixskills. There's no need to worry too much about cmans and stuff now, because you're character is too low level. Get him up to 20 and you'll be able to see how these cmans work with some ranks behind them.

Probably a dumb follow up but does wspec help with ds and prevention of geting hit with maneuvers? Also, what is everyones take on cunning defense.

Screw cdef. Even mastering a guild skill equivalent to 6 ranks doesn't make you immune to that maneuver and cdef is good for 1 rank. Its a lot of points to spend for little return. Pures can/should invest in it, but Id not worry about until you have tps to burn

I wouldnt worry about Cdef as a warrior. Plan your hunting and get 1 rank of the specific Cman you want defense against for a better use of Cman points especially in the beginning. Likewise you should train shield use and use shield points for defense against shield charge and shield bash instead of cman points.

I'd highly recommend combat mobility. Standing up when you get attacked can save your bacon.

Ditch the trading, survival, and dodge. Cut your perception to 1x. Points to go into armor and dodge

Cut dodge or cut the others and put points into armor and dodge?

Blah, sorry. Cut the trading, survival, and thrown. Cut perception down to 1x. Put all the points into armor and dodge (probably more armor, quicker you scale it up the faster you can take a hit).

I agree with ditching thrown. You should be fine keeping survival, first aid, and trading although they do hurt your combat abilities some as you could be spending those points on them instead.
I'd suggest putting points towards armor break points and things like MoC as they become available. With a low level warrior of mine I aimed for brig and having 30 ranks of MoC rather quickly. This particular warrior was brawl\TWC just so I could toy around with TWC and hamstring. For cmans I was of course learning hamstring and remaining points went into wspec and bonding depending on which was going to give me more of a bonus to hamstring for the points used.
Keeping dodge at 1x is fine for now but as pointed out above you'll likely want to double in it. At low levels the difference between 1x and 2x dodge is quite marginal but as you increase in levels so does the difference. Dodge gives you .75 DS per rank in offense minus your armor penalty, which gets as high as 18% in fullplate leaving you with about .61 DS per rank.
